As the primary researcher for my Master's Capstone project, I guided my team towards a co-design approach, cultivated a researcher-practitioner partnership with a local non-profit, and drove an asset-based analysis to inform our design phase.

The Opportunity

In partnership with Urban ArtWorks, a Seattle-based youth arts nonprofit that creates public murals, my capstone team has been researching how to improve youth participant information management systems amid rapid organizational growth.
